Cytogenetic studies in reproductive function disorders: a retrospective analysis

Aim. Fertility disorders are one of the most common problems reproductive medicine. Chromosomal abnormalities play a crucial role in failure. The main purpose our study was to determine types and frequency chromosomal aberrations couples with history infertility. Methods. Karyotyping performed 652 failure between 2004 2022, including 203 primary infertility (PI), 240 recurrent pregnancy loss (RPL) 209 – sporadic (SPL). Results.
